Peer Counseling Page

Peer Counselors are available in the Guidance Office each block throughout the school day to be of assistance to students. Peer Counselors are carefully chosen each spring from the upcoming senior class based on qualities of responsibility, sincerity, compassion and desire to be of help to others. They assist students with personal, social and academic needs. Parents, if you would like your student to be contacted by a Peer Counselor, contact our counseling office.

	My name is Adam. I am a peer counselor this year. I chose to become a peer counselor because I enjoy talking with my peers and solving problems in their lives. Throughout high school I have been involved in many activities, including football, basketball, track, NHS, Homework Tutor, and Peer Counseling. With this in mind please feel free to come on down to the Peer Counseling Office and have a little chat.
	My name is Ashley and I am proud to be one of this years Peer Counselors. I have always had the zeal to talk to a variety of people and the desire to get to know them. 	Hi my name is Brittany and I am a Peer Counselor this year. I think it is important to be of assistance to any student who needs it and that is why I am here to talk. Peer Counseling allows students to talk to someone their own age and it makes it easier to relate. I am involved in Dare and I also enjoy spending time with family and friends. If you ever need to talk don't hesitate and come on down.
	Hi my name is Dustin and I am a Peer Counselor during first hour this year. If you ever want to come down and talk about something just come on down to the counseling office. I like to make a difference for people and see their faces light up with happiness; it's about others not myself. If you like tennis maybe you can convince me to head out to the tennis courts for a nice fun match. I am involved in Student Counsel, Speech and Debate, and NHS. 	Hello, my name is Kaci and I am one of the Peer Counselors for this school year. I hope to meet and get to know the different varieties of students that attend CCHS. Through out my years here at school, I have been involved in D.A.R.E., baseball manager, FCCLA, a Peer Counseling. 	My name is Kristi and I am a Peer Counselor this year. Peer Counseling gives me the chance to talk to kids and get to know them. It lets the kids know that they are not alone in high school and they always have someone to talk to. I've been involved in many activities here at CCHS. I've played basketball, track, and soccer. I am involved in NHS and the Design and Drafting Association. If you ever need help with homework or you just need someone to listen, feel free to come down to the Counseling Office and talk to a Peer Counselor.

	Hey everyone, I 'm Raelia. Here is a little about me. I am a hard core band geek. I have devoted my life to playing the flute in our high school band.
