Assemblies and activities are part of the school day and students are required to attend. This time is not intended for early release time from school. Parents requesting absences during the assembly must do so in writing 24-hours prior to the scheduled assembly. Absences requested on the day during the assembly must be verified with a doctor’s note or from the requesting agency.
