The freshmen traditionally have a penny drive to help disadvantaged students in the school be able to buy new clothes.

The freshmen class provides a competitive 4 on 4 volley ball team each year during Homecoming week.

The freshmen class traditionally provides the first three acts for armature night during Spring Fest each year.

Freshmen handle the the recycling project by collecting all the 8 1/2 by 11 sheets of paper from each classroom.  The money raised is put into the class treasury for future projects.

Freshmen issue a challenge to upper classmen by conducting the "Tidy Day" a clean up around the school project.
